SEATTLE — Axis9 is the fairly new moniker for the 1800 Ninth Ave. office tower in the Denny Triangle. Once occupied by Amazon, it was empty when acquired last fall by Lake Washington Partners.

Earlier this month, the landlord announced a new tenant: engineering firm Stantec, which is taking about half a floor, with 10,953 square feet. Occupancy is expected early next year.
