New office lease breathes life into moribund Bellevue office submarket

Elevate Outdoor Collective is moving from downtown Seattle to an office in Bellevue’s Eastgate neighborhood.

The company, which bills itself as “an alliance of iconic outdoor and winter sports brands with a specialized focus on skiing, snowboarding and snowshoeing,” leased the Eastgate Building, which Lake Washington Partners owns. The deal was listed in Colliers’ first quarter report, which was released Friday.

Representatives of Elevate Outdoor Collective were not immediately available Friday afternoon, though Lake Washington Partners President Jordan Lott said in a statement that the building at 3305 160th Ave. SE will be the long-term home to an “amazing tenant,” which leased 70,123 square feet. Lott did not name the company, which he said will start moving in over the next few months.
