Lott co-founded his real estate development company with his brother, Jeremy, in 2006, and today oversees all aspects of the business, including capital deployment, leasing, and property management operations. His grandfather, Manny, is known as a pioneer in the area’s real estate world.

Lott enjoys spending time with his wife and his two daughters, and taking in the beauty of the Pacific Northwest while skiing or swimming.
