Commercial real estate investor and developer Lake Washington Partners LLC has officially announced its entrance into the multifamily market with the establishment of Refound Residential.
“Refound Residential does more than just add a new asset class to our portfolio — by employing the adaptive reuse model, it preserves and enhances existing housing stock which reduces our environmental impact while giving our future residents everything needed to suit today’s modern lifestyle,” said Jordan Lott, president of Puget Sound-based Lake Washington Partners, in a release. “After two decades of being long-term investors in large-scale industrial and Class-A office real estate, we’re thrilled to build upon our company’s mission with our entry into multifamily.”
