A 31,000-square-foot Bellevue office space previously leased by Microsoft has a new tenant.
Kirkland-based cosmetic surgery provider Body Contour Centers inked a lease in Corporate Campus East, a Lake Washington Partners-owned office campus at 3025-3075 112th Ave. NE in Bellevue, in late September.
Body Contour Centers does business as Sono Bello, with over 100 locations across the U.S., including Bellevue and Tacoma.
“Lake Washington Partners is thrilled to welcome a world-class tenant to our Corporate Campus East building in Bellevue,” Jordan Lott of Lake Washington Partners said in a statement.
